Search visibility and Google Business Profile, run as one job. Because for most businesses the map pack and the blue links compete for the same customer — and losing one wastes the other.

01 — Two halves, one job

Organic gets you found.
Local gets you visited.

Treating these as separate line items is why most local businesses have one working and one dead. The same site signals, the same review volume and the same category structure feed both, so we run them together.

Organic SEO

Ranking for what buyers type

Sustainable growth, not shortcuts. Technical clarity, structured content and search-intent alignment — built to compound rather than spike and collapse.

  • Technical audit — crawl, index, speed, structure
  • Keyword and intent mapping by buying stage
  • On-page and content builds against real queries
  • Internal link architecture
  • Schema markup and rich results
  • Reporting tied to enquiries, not positions
Google Business Profile

Owning the three-pack

The local pack sits above every organic result. For a shop, a showroom or a clinic, it is often the entire funnel — and it is decided by data most businesses have never checked.

  • Profile claim, verification and duplicate cleanup
  • NAP consistency across every citation
  • Categories, services and products set properly
  • Weekly posts and Q&A management
  • Review generation and response routine
  • Local pack tracking by search term
02 — What winning looks like

Three results.
Above everything else.

This is the block Google shows before a single organic link. Ranking fourth here is the same as ranking on page two — nobody scrolls past the third pin, and for a clinic that pin is most of the funnel.

03 — Sector scenarios

Four clinics,
four different problems.

Healthcare is where local search matters most and gets handled worst. These are the four failure patterns we see again and again across dental, hospital and clinic search — what is actually broken, and what fixing it involves.

Read this before publishing

These four are illustrative sector scenarios, not named client engagements — they describe the problems and the fixes, and the figures are placeholders shown as ###. Either replace them with real, attributable results from your own accounts, or keep the "sector scenarios" framing so nothing here reads as a performance claim you cannot evidence. Presenting invented numbers as client results is a liability, not just a credibility risk. Delete this box once you have decided which way to go.

Dental practice

The situation

A two-chair practice competing against three corporate groups on the same high street. The website ranked for the practice name and nothing else, and the Google profile had the wrong opening hours listed for eighteen months — patients were turning up on Saturdays to a locked door.

What we did

Fixed the hours and categories first, then built separate pages for the treatments people actually search for rather than one "Services" page listing everything. Set up a review request that goes out by SMS after each appointment, and answered every existing review.

Multi-specialty hospital

The situation

Twelve departments, one website page each, none of them ranking. Patients searching for a specific procedure landed on the homepage and left. Three duplicate Google listings existed — one for the hospital, one for the OPD block, one created years ago by a patient.

What we did

Merged the duplicates into one verified listing, built department-level pages mapped to symptom and procedure searches in both English and transliterated Hindi, and added doctor profile pages with proper schema so individual consultants started appearing in search themselves.

Dental & aesthetics clinic

The situation

Three branches, all fighting for the same search terms and cannibalising each other. Every branch pointed at one generic landing page, so Google could not tell them apart — and the map pins for two of them sat in the wrong community entirely.

What we did

Gave each branch its own location page and its own verified listing with correct pins, then separated the keyword targeting by area rather than by treatment. Added Arabic-language pages, because roughly half the search volume in the category was not in English.

Physiotherapy & diagnostics

The situation

Strong reputation by referral, invisible to anyone searching cold. The site was built on a platform that blocked crawling on half its pages, and nobody had noticed for two years because nobody had ever opened Search Console.

What we did

Ran the technical audit first — the indexation block alone was holding back most of the site. Fixed it, then built condition-led content around what patients type when they are in pain, and set up reporting that ties rankings to booked appointments rather than to positions.

04 — How we run it

Audit first. Always.

Step 01

Audit

We pull Search Console, GBP Insights and a crawl of the site, then tell you exactly what is broken before proposing anything. The audit is a document you keep either way.

Step 02

Fix the foundation

Technical errors, duplicate listings, wrong categories, broken NAP. Nothing else works until this layer is clean, and this is where most of the early movement comes from.

Step 03

Build

Content and pages against the queries your buyers actually use — mapped to the stage they are at, not stuffed with the highest-volume term.

Step 04

Run the routine

Posts, reviews, Q&A and content on a weekly cadence. Local ranking rewards consistency more than intensity.

Step 05

Report against enquiries

Rankings are the input. Calls, direction requests and form fills are the output. We report the output.

What we will not do

No bought links, no private blog networks, no keyword-stuffed pages written for a crawler instead of a customer, and no fake reviews. Every one of those produces a short spike and a long problem, and we are not interested in handing you a penalty eighteen months from now.

05 — Straight answers

The questions
everyone asks.

How long before we see movement?

GBP fixes can move the local pack within two to four weeks because listing data updates fast. Organic SEO is slower — expect the first meaningful shift around month three, and the compounding around month six. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either buying links or lying.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and neither should anyone else. We guarantee the work: the audit, the fixes, the content cadence and the reporting. Google decides the rest, and its ranking systems change several times a year.

We have a physical shop — is GBP enough?

For a single-location retail business, GBP plus a clean site often outperforms an aggressive content programme, because most of the demand is people nearby searching with intent. We will tell you if that is your situation rather than sell you the bigger scope.

What if our listing has bad reviews?

They stay. What changes is that every one gets a reply, in the same voice, within a day — and that new genuine reviews start arriving faster than the old ones sink you. Deleting reviews is not a service; managing them is.

06 — Start here

The audit is the
first deliverable.

Before any retainer, we run the audit and send you the document — what is broken, what it is costing, and what we would fix in what order. If you take it elsewhere, that is fine. Most people do not.
